If you are highly organised, enjoy working in a varied role, and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, we would like to hear from you.About the roleYou will be responsible for the smooth operations of our office; leading and managing our administration team, supporting our Regional Manager and engineering teams by providing a wide range of administrative tasks, including monthly invoicing and accounts, to ensure efficient and enjoyable environment.Lead the administration team to deliver effective administration support for project deliveryProject administration - oversee set up of new projects, proofread reports when required, assist with proposal preparation, formatting, presentation and submissionChair weekly office meeting, review and approve meeting minutesAssist the Regional Manager with inbox, calendar planning, travel arrangements, diary, taking meeting minutesOversee office facilities and asset management, maintenance and procurement, maintaining accurate asset registerIT representative for the office, liaising with external IT providerHealth and Safety representative with support from AdministratorLead and oversee monthly invoicing, expenses and accounts payable, including assisting with time entry and monthly reporting. Support the debt recovery procedure, issue monthly statements, and work alongside management to control debtsWorking closely with HR to provide human resources support to the Regional Manager, such as setting up performance and bonus reviews, assisting with performance management, recruitment interviewing and inductionsAssist with marketing for the office, including award applications, project case studies and gathering content to shareIn return, we offer a remuneration package commensurate with your qualifications and experience, a performance bonus, on-the-job training, ongoing career development and paid overtime.About youExperienced Administrator working at a similar level.
