Administration Assistant | Bookkeeping | Permanent Position | CBD Location

Your new company
Your new company is a boutique accountancy firm situated in the heart of the CBD. This firm specialises in tax, advisory, audit and wealth management. This firm invests greatly in establishing a lasting and personal relationship with all of their clients.

Your new role
In your new position, you will be working as an administrative assistant with bookkeeping duties. Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
General administration;
Accounts payable and receivables;
Payroll;
Answering phone calls;
Data entry;
Filing;
Invoicing and liaising with clients.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position, it is essential that you have 2+ years' experience in a similar role. You must have bookkeeping experience. You will have experience using Xero, and be familiar with BAS. You will enjoy working as part of a team. You will have experience working in a professional services organisation, or a similar organisation.
