Job Description:

Alcoa, a leading global producer of aluminum, is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to work remotely from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This Associate level role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accounts receivable processes- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments- Prepare and send out invoices to customers- Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues- Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries or concerns- Assist with month-end close processes as needed

Requirements:- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related field- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Reliable and adaptable personality traits- Strong teamwork and negotiation skills
