If you're a hands-on leader who thrives on getting stuck in, driving team performance, and delivering outstanding results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.About The RoleAs our Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of our AR function ensuring invoicing is accurate and timely, collections are efficient, and our accounts are kept in tip-top shape.
You'll lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team, while also rolling up your sleeves and actively participating in the day-to-day operations.
Your proactive approach will help maintain strong customer relationships, support cash flow, and uphold the financial integrity of Stuff.What you'll be doingOverseeing daily AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.Preparing and reviewing reports such as aged receivables and cash forecasts.Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive greater efficiency.Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing AR team.Collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless billing experience.Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.Championing Stuff's values around health, safety, sustainability, and inclusion.About YouYou're an experienced AR professional who's as comfortable leading a team as you are getting hands-on when needed.
You're proactive, solutions-focused, and someone who takes real pride in accuracy and customer service.You'll Also Bring5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, including leadership responsibilities.A strong understanding of billing, collections, and account reconciliation processes.Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g.
