We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our support office based in the Wellington CBD. This role will involve working across the financial back-end of the Wellington Hospitality Group and affiliated companies. This role requires a highly personable candidate with amazing customer service to build on existing relationships and assist develop new ones. A great phone manner is essential to communicate directly with our customers.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Generating invoices with communication from our Bars, Brewery and Events Company
Liaising with Customers and ensure cash flow is consistent
Reconciling bank accounts in a timely manner to ensure accurate information is available at all times.
Using Excel and Google Docs to compete tasks
Use your keen eye for detail to confidently highlight any concerns to Management
Help maintain an accurate and full financial history and taking ownership for company's receivables

Preferable current skills:
Understand your responsibilities under compliance and elevating concerns
Working with cloud based technology
Be customer focused and build strong relationships
Work with a growing receivables company with varied and ever changing portfolio
General administration tasks as required
Understanding the general workings of hospitality operations
Understand the variance in workflow, with * * Month end and Event seasons being the busiest and being able to handle this workload in a timely and efficient manner
Take on new challenges to support WHG and provide backup for other roles as required
Be part of office team initiatives and contribute to the team culture
Experience using SAP or similar accounting software
Work independently and set your own targets
