Accounts Receivable

Job Description: As an Accounts Receivable at Auckland International Airport in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function within the finance department. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts, and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy. This is an entry-level position, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Process and monitor invoices2. Follow up on outstanding accounts3. Reconcile accounts4. Assist with month-end closing procedures5. Prepare aging reports6. Communicate with clients regarding payment status7. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2. 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel4. Strong attention to detail5. Driven and resourceful personality traits6.
