Our world renowned client is a global media agency providing various business solutions across multiple sectors. With a global presence across 100+ countries, our client is continuing to prosper and needs a dedicated AR officer to join the movement!
Your new role
As Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be covering a maternity leave and responsible for the entire accounts receivable processes including sending the invoices, debtor follow up and recharges.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will exhibit the following skill-set:

Invoicing
Credit Notes
Managing government entities
Sending statements
Forecasting
Ensuring daily banking is correct and processed in ERP
Liaising with offshore Supplier teams
Overseas deposits are identified on bank statements and receipted and reported
Journals and credit balances are identified, recorded and refunded
