Accounts Payable Officer

Well established Kiwi owned brand operating in the retail industry are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable officer on the City fringe.

The business is a NZ listed company providing a great opportunity to work in a large NZ business. Based on the city fringe, parking and public transport are very convenient. This contract role will take you into the new year.The Role
As the Accounts Payable officer, you will report into the Financial Manager working in a wider team of 4. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Processing high volume invoices
Matching and allocations
Complex approvals
Supplier and statement reconciliations
Preparing the payment run
Other ad-hoc dutiesYour Profile
To be considered for this role you must have recent SAP experience and have strong excel skills. You will be a quick learner and be able to handle the pressure when working to tight deadlines and dealing with high volumes.
