Accounts Payable

As an Accounts Payable expert, your key responsibilities will include:Timely processing of invoices, coding, and data entry, including authorisation and cross-referencing, to ensure systems are adhered to.Meeting all performance standards as required by the position description/position requirements.Daily bank reconciliation and end-of-month rolling of the system.Processing new supplier credit applications and keeping creditor information up to date.About YouOur ideal candidate should also have:Good attention to detail and ability to front-foot issues as they arise.Minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable role.If you enjoy being busy, this is the perfect role for you.What We OfferWhen you join Giltrap Group, you're joining New Zealand's leading automotive group.
