What is the job?
We need an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator for a 3 month temporary position to join our Christchurch Water team, located at our Milton Street Office. We are looking to recruit someone who is highly motivated, a real self-starter and who has a strong willing attitude to join a large administration team within Citycare Water.
About you
You will be enthusiastic with a can do attitude, able to multi-task and comfortable working through a high volume of tasks that you can learn easily.
This role offers variety, challenges and opportunities to be one of our 'go to' administrators for our trade based team.
IT skills will be strong in Microsoft Office is a requirement for this role.
You will be flexible and able to work independently as well as being a true team player in an environment where you can thrive and learn.
Key Responsibilities
Goods Receipting
Accounts Payable
Experience in Pronto Software would be beneficial but not essential
Assisting our Operations Teams in meeting KPIs
Accounts support and branch admin
Ad Hoc tasks as required by Senior Management
