We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team, we are a team that in 2016 won Finance team of the year! At present our Finance team consists of 41 employees, a mix of Financial and Management Accountants, Analyst, Accounts Payable and Receivable staff.
We are one of NZ's fastest growing companies and the third largest retirement village operator in the country. We design, build and operate retirement village's right across New Zealand. We are proud of our dynamic work environment and an equally diverse workforce.
What will your responsibilities be?
Accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices and credit notes Reconciliation of supplier accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis Support and respond to internal and external queries
Who are we looking for?
Previous Accounts Payable or other relevant experience is advantageous Technology One experience is advantageous but not necessary Experience working in a similar role would be ideal but not essential Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills A recent or close to finishing Accounting/Finance Graduate (Bachelor of Commerce)
