Accounts Manager Administrator

Come and join our friendly practice at Four Kauri Medical Centre Our practice is a busy locally owned centre with seven doctors and four practice nurses We are seeking an accounts manager administrator who has experience using Xero accounting software You will be in charge of day to day patient accounts including reconciling payments billing patients and dealing with related patient queries You will also deal with third party invoicing and payments as well as ACC payments and practice funding streams You will be reporting directly to the practice manager The ideal candidate would have some experience of working in an accounts role within a medical practice and must be able to work within a team environment This role will initially be parttime however there may be potential to increase to full time hours and will be within standard working hours Monday to Friday
