This well-established primary sector business is currently going through a period of high growth.
This is the ideal role for a dynamic and hard-working individual. Due to the growth of the business, this accounting assistant role has been newly created to work under the Financial Services Team Leader here in Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of contractor and general credit payments and assisting the Financial Services Team Leader in his daily duties.
Key Responsabilities:
Daily reconciling of bank accounts
Chasing credit card invoices / receipts
Review and process FlexiPurchase cash and card transactions
Investigate and respond to employee, supplier and contractor queries
Process automatic, international and treasury transactions
System maintenance and improvements
Contractor payment and customer invoicing
Daily payment processing through SAP
Key Requirements:
2+ years’ experience working in a general accounts focused role
Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Ability to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Great customer service skills
This role provides a great opportunity to develop in a growing and fast paced environment.
