ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a professional, adaptable and self-motivated team player, to join our busy team based in Trentham. The core focus of this role is to provide support across the AP, AR and Payroll functions, along with assistance in reconciliations and general accounting tasks.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
To be successful in this role the skills and abilities required include (but are not limited to) the following:
? A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a sound understanding of technical accounting
? Significant experience in accounts payable and associated control processes
? Ability to priortise workload
? Strong organisational and numeracy skills
? Well-developed communication and customer service skills
? Experience in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning systems is highly desirable

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible to work for Lockheed Martin NZ you must be able to obtain and maintain a Confidential Government Security Clearance. See minimum criteria below:
• most preferably a NZ citizen, who has resided in this country continuously for at least the last five years, OR
• Citizen of, and/or has resided continuously in one or more of the following countries for the last ten years: either Australia, Canada, NZ, the United Kingdom (UK) or the United States of America (USA); and has a background history that is verifiable and can be assessed as appropriate by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS)
If you do not meet these minimum criteria, we will not be able to accept your application.
You will also be required to undergo pre-employment activities including drug screening and vetting by NZ Police.
