Accounting And Administration Support

This fabulous company is in growth mode so looking to appoint a new Assistant to the Financial Controller. Based in Manukau, close to the shopping centre you will be working for a motivated and successful group of people who offer the very best in product and service to their clients.
The job will have other administrative tasks as well to make it more interesting, some of those responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (processing, checking approvals, reconciliations and reports)
E commerce sales tracing and invoicing
Supplier payment processing
Involvement in the company intranet
Maintenance of company databases.
Keeping the pricebook up to date and accurate and distribution of same.

Based at the Head Office, you will work closely with everyone there but also their retailers throughout New Zealand so a customer service ethic is crucial.
Applicant requirements:
Your written and spoken English should be perfect
You will have supreme attention to detail
Have MYOB experience
A stable work history
