This entrepreneurial environment has created a really great opportunity for a commercial analyst to join the business. The business has come back strongly from Lockdown and is expecting its business to remain buoyant with the infrastructure spend in the near future.A little bit about the roleSitting at group level and working directly with the FC, this the core role in the Finance Team. Managing an assistant accountant and AP, you'll be responsibilities for day to day Financial and Management accounting, the bias in this role is more towards Financial Accounting;Core responsibilities include:
Preparation of monthly financial and management reports
Prepare and review monthly and annual forecasts and budgets
Preparation of monthly reporting for Board Reports
Liase with Auditors re annual Audit and any other requests
Ensure that Acrow is compliant with all IFRS requirements
Supervise, guide and train an Assistant Accountant and AP Officer
Other Adhoc requests from Financial Controller / CFO
So who are you and what is your profileYou will be a qualified accountant, who wants to grow in their career, with a continuous improvement mindset.Due to the Financial Accounting bias, ideally, you have a good overview of Tax, accounting standards, etc. Experience in a project-based environment or SAP is a bonus, but not a prerequisite.If this sounds like you, please either apply now or call Crispin at Consult on (09) 4107235
