As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Provide account support to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on financial products and services.- Assist with account maintenance, including opening and closing accounts, updating customer information, and processing transactions.- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to clients and address their needs effectively.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
