Job Description:

We are seeking a resilient and passionate Account Support Associate to join the team at Kraft Heinz in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Associate will play a key role in providing support to our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts.

Responsibilities:1. Assist account managers in creating and maintaining client account profiles2. Prepare and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients4. Assist in the preparation of client proposals and presentations5. Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service6. Monitor client accounts for any issues and work with the account management team to resolve them7. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue8. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless experience for clients

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Ability to work well in a team environment5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment7. Prior experience in account management or customer service is a plus8. Must be willing to travel occasionally and work paid overtime as needed
