You'll be a vital link between Trade Me and our top retail merchants, driving sales growth and revenue, building lasting relationships and maximising retention.Here is what you can expect from this role:To grow and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of professional sellers, being their primary point of contactEstablish and manage call cycles to ensure consistent communication and proactive supportDrive revenue growth by upselling Trade Me's premium products and servicesProvide promotional opportunities for existing merchants to growIntroduce new packages and opportunities to best fit your clientsProvide data-driven insights to optimise seller conversion ratesDevelop an understanding of the online retail market to feed into broader marketplace plansWork with other members of our Marketplace team to investigate and develop additional revenue opportunitiesWhat you will bring to our team:Experience in an Account Management roleA background in digital sales or digital marketingExperience growing and strengthening relationships with clients at all levelsExperience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirableSolid analytical skills - the ability to see opportunities through effective use of dataStrong presentation skills - the ability to deliver a compelling storyA genuine curiosity to uncover and solve customer challengesYou'll have the best time working at Trade Me, and this is why:#Flexibility: Flexible working is the new normal.
