Account Manager - Southern

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to maintain, develop and strengthen new and existing account relationships across the southern region.
Monday to Friday, full timeThe focus of this role is to take responsibility for the development and management of an existing broad base of customer accounts along with some new business within the region to maximise profits and achieve sales objectives.
This autonomous role will focus on continuing to identify, create sustainable value-added opportunities and deliver solutions to grow market share within the current customer base.

•You will preferably have gained experience within the infrastructure or building industry and be familiar with our various specialist markets.
•Strong regular customer relationship management, ensuring superior service, rapid operational problem solving, unlocking cost and margin opportunities for the customer
•Focused regular volume forecasting for customer needs to ensure consistent supply utilising GBC S&OP processes
•Assist customers with their clients and asset owners on the technical performance of our products and achieving specification
• Manage, handle and resolve quality inquiries with customers
