Account Manager - Primary Care

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our clients team and oversee the South Island territory from Christchurch down and across to the West Coast. Responsibilities: Manage and grow an existing customer base with a focus on GP practices, corporate clients, and other community commercial entities in the healthcare sectorDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceededDrive sales initiatives, meeting, and exceeding set targets through effective account managementIdentify new business opportunities within the territory, balancing existing and new account developmentQualifications: Proven experience in account management within the healthcare industryStrong commercial acumen and understanding of customer needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a dynamic teamWillingness to travel within the territory, approximately 6-7 nights a month (not all at once)Full, clean driver's licenseCompensation and Benefits: Base salary up to $96,000 per annumCommission structure of 10% on sales, with additional profit share (up to $50,000 per annum)Private use vehicle (Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross) and fuel cardCompany credit card, laptop and phone providedAccess to discounted health insuranceThis is a challenging and rewarding role for a motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector.
