This role reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Sales team.
The ideal candidate will help develop client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support clients' success in achieving their digital transformation goals.ResponsibilitiesAccount and relationship managementDrive revenue growth within your portfolio by identifying new business and upsell opportunitiesPrepare project or service proposals and quotesLiaison between clients and internal teamsProcurement of third-party products and services quotesAccount and pipeline reportingSupport and develop the sales and relationship management processesMaintain and update internal CRM and project management toolsDevelop and maintain Dynamo6 services and key partner product sales proficiencySupport marketing campaigns and co-partner marketing effortsOther duties as required from time to timeLocationThis role is based in their central Hamilton head office.
