Role Overview Are you ready for a strategic sales role in New Zealand?
As a Senior Account Director at SAP, you will manage and grow key customers, engaging with C-level executives and shaping digital transformation strategies.
This role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and the ability to orchestrate SAP's solutions and resources to drive customer success and expand SAP's presence.
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Revenue Growth: Achieve targets, act as a trusted advisor, develop account strategies, leverage SAP's portfolio, and identify new opportunities.
Territory Leadership: Lead SAP activities across accounts, manage pipelines, and promote customer success stories.
Demand Generation & Opportunity Management: Build pipelines, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and manage deals effectively.
Sales Excellence: Sell business outcomes, understand competitors, and drive engagement strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead virtual teams, ensure alignment, and facilitate executive governance.
Experience & Qualifications 15+ years in complex software or IT solutions sales.
Proven success managing large accounts and closing strategic deals.
Experience in cloud/SaaS solutions and engaging at C-level.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Fluent in business English.
Additional Information Applicants must have NZ Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
Role based in Auckland, NZ.
