On behalf of Otis Elevators, Crystallize Consulting is currently inviting applications from advanced 3rd or 4th year electrotechnology apprentices who would like to continue their apprenticeship to completion with Otis in HAMILTON.
Applicants ideally should:
• Currently be in their 3rd or 4th year of an electrotechnology apprentice
• Be able to provide evidence of the following core units studied at TAFE :
o Arrange circuits, control & protection for general electrical installations
o Select wiring systems and cables for low voltage general electrical installations
o Install low voltage wiring and accessories
o Install appliances, switchgear and associated accessories for low voltage electrical installations
o Verify compliance and functionality of low voltage general electrical installations
o Troubleshoot and repair faults in low voltage electrical apparatus and circuits
• Possess key strengths such as listening, curiosity, attention to detail, strong work ethic and problem solving ability.
As an apprentice with Otis Elevators, you will be trained in all aspects of elevator, escalator and moving walkway service, modernisation and installation.
