Pacific Coast Lodge is an award winning backpackers based in beautiful Mount Maunganui, only 2 blocks from the beach and a short walk into town. We specialize in helping our guests find work as well as enjoying what the beautiful Bay of Plenty has to offer,

We have a variety of jobs available:
-Autumn/winter including: Kiwifruit juice making, Packhouse work, Painting, Landscaping, Kiwifruit pruning & Pole stringing, construction, Fish Factory Work, Food Factory Work, Donut Factory,
- Spring/Summer including: Hospitality Work, Kiwifruit Orchard Work (Bud thinning, Flower picking, summer pruning), Fruit picking
We have over 15 years experience helping local employers with casual staff – they call us first looking for workers.
We often don’t have enough backpackers to fill the positions available!
We are a large 4 star Qualmark hostel with a great fun culture, off-site parking, Free WIFI and free surfboards!
We have our own van for large groups to get to work.

Its first come first served. You MUST be staying at the backpackers to get a job!
